Operated by Kobie Evans and Kevin Hart, it is located at 430 Blue Hill Avenue. It is the first recreational marijuana store in Boston. It is also first to be operated by economic empowerment candidates, companies in which minorities make up more than half of the ownership and staff. The second recreational marijuana store in Boston opens in East Boston on July 20, 2020.
